Requesting your MOAI Platform Account Data

Account data request steps:

In-application:

  1. Open the MOAI Platform application on your device.
  2. In the top left there is a blue cicrle with an avatar or your initials in. Tap this circle and then tap 'settings'.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see in blue "Request from MOAI account team". Tap this and your email app will open with a pre-written message to our support team to request the download of your account information.
  4. A support agent will oversee your account deletion and let you know once it is complete.

Direct email:

  1. Open your preferred email app.
  2. Send us an email at support@moaihealth.app stating that you would like to download your account data from the email address to which the account belongs.
  3. If you are using a different email address to the one you are contacting us from we will need to verify you have access to the email address for the account data being downloaded.
