Requesting your MOAI Platform Account Data
Account data request steps:
In-application:
- Open the MOAI Platform application on your device.
- In the top left there is a blue cicrle with an avatar or your initials in. Tap this circle and then tap 'settings'.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see in blue "Request from MOAI account team". Tap this and your email app will open with a pre-written message to our support team to request the download of your account information.
- A support agent will oversee your account deletion and let you know once it is complete.
Direct email:
- Open your preferred email app.
- Send us an email at support@moaihealth.app stating that you would like to download your account data from the email address to which the account belongs.
- If you are using a different email address to the one you are contacting us from we will need to verify you have access to the email address for the account data being downloaded.
