Employee Mental Health Training

All of our mental health courses are taught by Psychiatrists who are members of the Royal College of Psychiatry and have extensive experience of treating mental illness.

They are passionate about teaching and helping more people to understand how to take better care of themselves and how to identify early signs they, or colleagues, might be struggling. They want to demystify mental health and empower people to speak up about mental illness and get help early.

Who should do what training in my organisation?

As part of building a psychologically aware workplace, we would suggest that all employees complete one of:

  • An Introduction To Mental Health
  • Mental Health Champion

In addition we would advocate that within an organisation, 2 members of staff per 100 are trained as Mental Health First Aiders.
