Overcome Social Anxiety


Participants will learn to identify and challenge the thoughts that create anxiety so they can strengthen the belief in their coping skills. You will learn techniques to reduce anxiety in any situation so they can lead the life they want. You will be equipped with the key skills they’ve learned, such as identifying thinking errors and challenging anxious thoughts, and encouraged to practice these techniques in a variety of social settings.
