As part of building a psychologically aware workplace, we would suggest that all employees complete one of: An introduction to Mental Health or the Mental Health First Aider Level 1 Awareness Course. We would advocate that within an organisation, 2 members of staff per 100 complete the Level 2 course to acquire certification as Mental Health First Aiders.
