ISO 45003 is the first international standard for mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. In response to the growing mental health pandemic, a team of global experts has laid out the necessary and sufficient criteria for making an organisation less risky and more sustainable. MOAI health is the first clinician-led body to put these recommendations into practice to work towards a more sustainable and healthy work environment with evidence-based rigour, data-backed decision making and clinical experience in managing mental health issues in practice.
